We map what happens today — including the steps that only exist because someone works around a limitation. The workaround is usually where the value is.

Scope down to the change that removes the most friction, and agree what it will and will not do before anything is built. A written scope is cheaper than a rebuild.

What we believe
Every business is isolated from every other in the database itself, not by a check in application code someone can forget. A new feature ships with its own permission or it is not finished.
Prices, stock and availability are read live at the moment of the answer. Nothing quotes a number it has not verified, and nothing claims an action it cannot actually perform.
A green test suite is necessary and not sufficient. Migrations are executed against a real database, integrations are exercised against the real provider, and pages are opened in a real browser before anyone calls them done.
You get the code, the infrastructure and the documentation — including an honest list of what is unfinished. Work you cannot maintain without us is not work we want to have sold you.
